Purpose
A fast, interactive beam analysis tool for simply supported, cantilever and continuous beams.
Key features
- Instant beam analysis. Reactions, shear forces, bending moments and deflections in seconds.
- Interactive beam modelling. Type in the spans, supports and loads, and the beam builds itself in a live preview. Add or change supports and loads and the results update at once.
- Flexible loading. Point loads, distributed loads, applied moments, support deformation, thermal loads, axial loads and moving live loads. Pro mode adds load cases, load combinations and moving trucks: drag a truck across the girder and every diagram follows, then jump to the governing position.
- Multiple support conditions. Simply supported, cantilever and continuous beams, including girders with several supports and overhangs.
- Visual results. Shear force, bending moment and deflection diagrams.
- Critical results. Find the maximum moments, shear forces and deflections at a glance.
- Custom section properties. Set the material stiffness and section properties for accurate deflections.
